How to return items

Returns are your responsibility .

1 / Connect to "MY ACCOUNT"
2 / Go to "HISTORY & DETAIL OF MY ORDERS" and then click on the reference of the order concerned,
3 / At the bottom of the page, in the "MERCHANDISE RETURN", select the products to return and click "MAKE AN RMA SLIP"

Our return service will answer you within 48 hours.

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email "RETURN REQUEST ACCEPTED - PENDING YOUR PACKAGE", you can then return the product(s) at the following address:





Upon receiving your product, our customer service will confirm its receipt by notifying you of an email. One of our operators will check the status of product conformity.
Returns are your responsibility, a return label being provided in your package.

Refunds are made in 15 days receipt of your item(s).
A credit slip is generated and the refund is done by the way used when ordering.
Your credit slips are available in the "MY ACCOUNT" section "MY CREDIT SLIPS".

Upon receipt by us of the product for exchange, you will receive a voucher with the amount of product that you can use immediately to order your new article.
This discount code have to be entered in the basket before confirming your purchase.

If the amount of the customer exchange order exceeds the amount of the initial order , he will pay the difference online by credit card or PayPal.

Any package sent out of this procedure can not be processed.
